Meet the guest

Jennifer Arnold

Jennifer is a senior executive and consultant with nearly three decades of global and Asia Pacific-wide leadership experience across marketing, sales, communications, revenue operations, and CX.

She's worked for leading IT software and services companies including SAP, IBM, Unisys, and Squiz, as well as QBE Insurance, Ogilvy PR, and Burson-Marsteller.

In 2022, she established her own consultancy to help B2B companies build and run customer and partner advisory boards and communities. She also manages advisory services at Public Sector Network, helping companies achieve their government sales and marketing objectives.

Jennifer has a degree in Mass Communication from Boston University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
